Shannon was the up front representative and very knowledgeable and personable. The work of the men that came later was impeccable. Clean up great! The only suggestion I have is about scheduling. Need to have a specific date given in my case not week of, but problem with my confusion was immediately rectified to my satisfaction and work completed for me shortly afterwards. Would definitely hire again.

Shannon was such a delight to have as my lead person. She always allowed us to made our own decisions no push for a quick response and she would revisit our decision to made sure it was what we wented. Shannon was so great! Being a disabled vet, I have to go to Loma Linda VA Hospital a lot! She even met me there so I could pick out flooring! So impressed with this family run service! We had just purchased a new home that was is desperate need of some updating. Our original plan was to have floors done before we moved in. Damage done by people breaking in delayed closing so we had to move in first. I was desperate to find someone quick to come out for an estimate. Shannon was very flexible and came out right when we needed her too. Communication was awesome. We picked out a floor we liked and a week later they were here installing. The crew was amazing to watch! They told us it would take about 2 1/2 days (we had a lot of floors!). They were done in a day and a hat. The floor is BEAUTIFUL! Friendly, professional, quality work. A word of advice...go with The fancier baseboard. You won’t regret it!

The salesperson recommended a floor that was right on. The installers were very good and worked fast to get done early. I had a new floor in one day and I love it. Very nice people and moved heavy furniture.
