A great choice

I was out of town and had a water main bust. Within an hour HK&S was on the site with a solution and fair quote. Needless to say, the project was completed the very next morning to my satisfaction.

I requested a plumber to replace/repair a leaking outdoor faucet. Harry responded to my request and repaired the faucet on a Sunday! Courteous and professional work. As an added project I told him I wanted to replace an existing toilet in a downstairs bath. We went together to Home Depot to purchase a replacement (per his recommendation), which he then installed the same afternoon! Harry will be my first call for any future plumbing work.

Harry was very thorough and professional. He replaced the shut-off value under the toilet and rebuilt the inside of the tank. He then fixed the leaking pipe under the kitcken sink. Everything is working great so far. I would definitely use H K & S Plumbing if I ever need service again. Reasonable and a pleasure to work with.

Harry was great. He didn't email, he called me. (Not from an auto dialer, so I picked up.) I was shopping around and needed a rough estimate to work from. Harry used Google Earth and Street View to give me an estimate while we were on our initial call. Other plumbers wanted to come to the house, which would have been fine, but they wanted me to pay then to give me an estimate/quote. HK&S got the job. As expected, the estimate was adjusted slightly after Harry saw the job in person, but I was expecting that. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. I did see some part of the trench that could have been back filled better, but that thought quickly left my brain when the next morning I found Harry out front double checking the work and connection at the water meter. When I returned home that evening, the place was all cleaned up and I am completely satisfied and thankful that Harry called me.

Had a very good experience. He showed up when he said he would and installed the water heater in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
