Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
Paid up front for materials. 24-27k worth. Seemed like a good start on the project but after sheetrock he subbed out was installed and done extremely poorly he ghosted me with the money. I had to have sheet rock replaced as well as the roof he put on removed and fixed and trimmed out. Never got my doors, flooring, windows, trim, bathroom insert, and porch. Messaged many times as well as called been almost a yr now and still hasn't paid me back or even attempted to contact me. Not to mention he messed up the island I had built and then had to repair. They never covered it when doing the sheet rock and painting. Also had to have the house remanded and painted due to the condition he left the paint in.
