I had 800 feet of Saltillo tile and 450 ft of hardwood floors removed. Jose came out and reviewed the project within 2 days of my request and we started the work in less than a week. The work took 3 days and I could not be happier. The price was reasonable for the amount of work and I would definitely recommend this company again.

Several demolition contractors who were referrals from "friends" refused to bid the job when I asked for proof of worker's compensation insurance and for their contractor's license number. Having had previous positive experience with Home Advisor, I took to the web and discovered H & L listed with rave reviews. Within a minute of posting the request for a quote, Jose called, met me at the job site the next day, offered a quote at the low end of the appropriate range, and offered proof of his insurance and contractor's license. The job was completed the next day, all debris removed, and the area was swept clean. I will definitely phone him in the future and tell all my friends, as well. Yay for Home Advisor.

These guys were on it. Showed up, knocked everything out in less than 3 days which was a 1 1/2 less than what they promised. The crew was very friendly and never said no to anything I asked for. I had only one other quote, but this one was lower.

Demolished a cement block wall in a timely fashion and hauled it off. Cleaned up well after.

Definitely recommend using these guys. We had a deck/pergola/hot tub/stairs/concrete that needed to be removed. They were quick to respond and finished the job in 2 days. Quote was very fair. Would use them again for sure.

I had to remove a pergola over my patio that was rotting. They called immediately to schedule an appointment for a visit to give me an estimate. They came that came afternoon and gave me a surprisingly modest estimate. We scheduled the work for a few days later. They showed up on time, went right to work and had the demo work complete and the debris removed within a couple of hours!! We had been dreading getting the work done, thinking it would be very expensive and a real hassle. I would recommend H&L in a heartbeat to anyone that needs demo work done.
