I had Mauricio come out to provide an estimate after demoâ ing my bathroom. The price he estimated was extremely fair and was the best price out of the multiple quotes I received. He was very friendly and listened really well to what I wanted to be done. I let him know I wasnâ t ready for him to start yet as I need to do some plumbing and electrical work and we kept in touch. Due to a shortage in hardware fittings for the bathroom, I couldnâ t have Mauricio start as early as I wanted and he was understanding. When I was ready for him to start, he let me know what I needed to buy by sending me pictures or screenshots from Home Depot/Loweâ s. I provided the tile, mortar, grout, and tile spacers/clips. Mauricio also did a shower mud pan and he worked with me on installing a new drain with weep holes and a properly installed shower liner up to the latest code. He started this work first as itâ s a long process to build up the mud pan and let it dry properly. The tiles I chose were 24â x48â so they were huge and a pain to work with. It was also a very brittle porcelain that chipped easily. However, Mauricio handled them well. He installed them throughout my master bath including the attached shower and bathroom stall. He also tiled about 1/2 of my bathroom walls, including the shower walls all the way up to the ceiling. Mauricio did 1/16in grout lines and the tiles are flat and flush on both the floors and the walls. I put in body sprays and a thermostatic valve as well as a 2 box niche, and Mauricio was able to do all the cuts necessary to have a perfect fit. Throughout the process , we noticed 2 tiles were scratched. Mauricio didnâ t hesitate to pop them out and put 2 new ones in. Iâ m very impressed with his workmanship. Additionally, Iâ m impressed with him as a person. He was very friendly. He has a strong work ethic. He worked 2.5 weeks, including a few weekend days. He didnâ t procrastinate and worked hard. He was flexible with my schedule as well. I have 2 kids who would follow him around and bug him, and he was super friendly to them as well, even when they accidentally got in the way. Overall, I couldnâ t be more happy with my new bathroom. Mauricio did a great job and Iâ m handing out his cards and singing his praises to others I know are interested in fairly priced and well done tile installs!

The customer service was super. Mauricio Called a day ahead to confirm his appointment. His floor and wall tile was great. I was extremely satisfied. He worked the whole time , no breaks, took his hour for lunch and returned on time, clean up was excellent and very little waste was on the tiles. I would and have recommended him to others. He even gave me a nice receipe to try, very nice gentlemen and highly organized!

Mauricio was very knowledgeable and was able to complete my project very quickly. I had him build a 10-foot high trellis for a flowering vine in my backyard. He works quickly and did a great job cleaning up when it was finished. I would definitely hire him again.
