Harry did a fantastic job with my Spring clean-up, removal of overgrown shrub and dethatching of my yard. This alone reinvigorated my lawn. Iâ ll be hiring HMG for bi-weekly mowings and other landscape projects as well!!

Harry worked nonstop all week at our home clearing years of overgrowth in the yard. Very professional and nice guy. He made the whole project which was very large easy for us- upfront about everything from what his plan was & cost. Coming back in the spring to do more for us. Highly recommend!

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Harry went above and beyond in sourcing materials for our fence, the install was quick, clean, and well done. He quoted me for several small projects (really one very big project) and was great about advising when something wasn't the best option, when a small price increase could bring more value, or when a big price increase wasn't worth it. Lastly, in one of the best indicators of someone I will hire again, he advised me against doing part of the project this fall due to other work going on at the property, and we will be booking that portion with him in the spring. Highly recommended, great experience all around.

Harry and his team worked very hard and very well. My fall yard clean-up was a very intense job. It took three separate visits to complete. They cleaned up and removed deep leaves and branches. They also removed a small fallen tree and cut some very low hanging branches off of two trees in my garden. They also mowed my garden and front lawns. Harry is friendly and very knowledgeable about landscaping. I highly recommend HMG Property Management. I will definitely use them again for future home projects. Aidan A

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Harry arrived as planned to meet and complete estimates and once hired was on schedule to work on the Phase 1 work estimated. During Phase 1, Harry completed the ground clearing, shrub removal and retaining walls. In Phase 2 (early spring) Harry will return to complete the landscaping and patio work and possibly some repairs to the driveway. Harry and crew have a wide range of talents and I would highly recommend anyone meet with Harry to discuss their needs.

Harry was very nice when he came to price out the job. We agreed on the price and a date was set for the job to be done. The day he was supposed to come he canceled. The next date he said he would be there at 2:30. He texts me at 12 and said he was at a job he had to cut a tree down could not make it. I asked him what day he could come the following week. He said he could his truck was broken down. If I wanted to cancel that was fine. I said it was kind of late now to get someone else for the job. It was clear he was not coming. He is a bad business man and undependable. Do not call Harry because he will not come to do the job.

"This is Harold Grabert, owner of HMG Property Management. I was in contact with this client the entire time. I kept her up to date and explained that weather does play a factor when doing fall cleanup and leaf removal jobs. I advised the client that we were backed up. It rained on Thanksgiving and again the very next Monday. We were out doing cleanups on Monday during the storm until 5 pm in the Easton area. The job was completed to the full satisfaction of the client. This property took 2 days because you cannot clean a yard if there is a large tree across the yard. We had to cut it up and remove the tree. We have done many fall clean up jobs."

He is very unprofessional and not customer friendly. His price was very high for the services that he performed and he did not complete all the work requested. He was very aggressive with demanding full payment through text messages.
