James, and his son Nick, came out to help us pick nice, quality fixtures and flooring and tiles that were within our budget. They spent the time to help us get it right, and they knew how to help us figure it out. The guys that come out and do the work are considerate, hard working guys. They took care to perfect every detail. We are very happy with this company.

This was bathroom number 3 for us and by this point, we knew we were in for a wonderful new bathroom! They basically had to completely remove walls, tile, sheet rock, move plumbing, install new fixtures, tile, shower, and vanity. They had to paint as well. I've said it before, this company is full of good people, from the top man, James, through his son, the project manager, to the guys who did the hard labor. They did an excellent job. They even helped us to come up with strategies for accommodating the needs of my elderly father.

This was bathroom number 2 that we hired HMI, LLC to remodel. It is beautiful. They basically had to take our bathroom down to the bare bones, but they made it look amazing! They are friendly and caring. They helped us to get good quality within our budget. Their workers were courteous and considerate of our needs. We are very pleased.

We hired HMI, LLC to rebuild our existing deck and add additional 14 x 16 deck. complete size of 14 x 24.with wood and metal railings, solar caps, and rebuilt stairs and stair railing. My husband has been wishing for a good deck ever since we moved here. The original deck very small and it was old and rotting. James helped us figure out just how to make it awesome! We love our deck now! I look out my window and I can't believe its mine. These guys are easy to work with and help to figure out how to work within your budget. You won't be sorry. Call them!

James is an awesome person, that does great work for a great price. I even trust him enough to give him a key to my house so he can come and go as he pleases.
