After having 2 other companies come out and give me the run around - H&M was able to come in and completely replace my 75 gallon water heater on the 4th floor of my townhome. Not an easy job but they sent out a crew that was able to get it done and installed correctly. Marcos was great and the crew was extremely professional, courteous and informed me of everything going on through the whole process. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! Thanks H&M!

Very professional and go to the extremes to satisfy the quality of work throughout the process, I also had the work done with permit, every thing went well! I was informed of the highs and lows as far as cost and got good value for work completed! My plumbing repair was a very difficult and time consuming as break was inside of the foundation beam! Remaudo and crew were great! other estimates were twice as much and with the added complexity and time required to do the job properly good and complete satisfaction was the result! I just purchasd the home and found out this leak was their for a long time, previous job by previous owner was not done with a permit because the hydrostatic test would have never passed, previous repair was done from the top and access was limited and not properly done! So if you want the job done right...hire H&M Plumbing!

3 trips to supplier to get a faucet... It works but not same, doesnt fit properly, had to use a lot of foam on outside of house that needs me to shave down excess hardened foam. The plumber was kind enough to provide a cutoff valve from inside the wall from inside the wall in garage but then put foam insulation all around it and now I have to dig out the insulation to find it. Did good job insulating, and faucet is function able but is an eye sore outside and in garage. Not sure this is what y'all would want to show anyone as an example of your companies qaulity of work. Plumber was kind and courteous, he did stop leak but failed to secure access cover from out front in lawn after I gave him the long access key. Regards, Mark Jobson

Very unethical, stay away. Hired them to replace a portion of sewer pipe that had gone bad with no complaint. The very next week, I called them because our tenants had stopped up one of the toilets. A different tech arrived and proceeded to tell the tenants that the house had broken supply lines, that the main line was full of mud and their repair the week before did absolutely nothing to have fixed the problem, and that the house was going to have worse and worse sewer backups as time moves on. He said he ran a camera and that's how he saw the main line full of mud, when he did not. He claimed he unclogged the main line with a cable, when he actually cleared the clog with a plunger. Our tenant is disabled, and now scared to live in the property. I don't know to what end he manufactured provably false statements about the camera and cabling. I attempted to speak with the office about this and was told someone would get back to me. Two weeks later, and not a word from anyone at the firm. Making false statements for the purposes of inducing someone to make an expenditure is fraud, plain and simple. My advice is to not put yourself in a position where you have to trust this company. There are too many ethical plumbers out there.

Good customer service. The tech that gave me the quote was clean and professional. He was also the head person that did the work and completed the repair. They had to dig a big hole and replace a leaking connector between my house and the city main. It was pricey and I could probably have gotten a lower quote, but H&M was professional, they have branded trucks, personable crew and they got the job done when they said they would for the price the quoted. Only complaint would be they had to dig up a large bush to make the repair and they didn't fill in the dirt around the bush when they finished. They just sat it back in the hole. Small complaint, but still...

He was nice. Explained everything. Didn't seem like he was trying to beat me.

Guys did a great job very prompt efficient and courteous told us every step of job.

The gentlemen came and told me there's no problem. They did not try to up-sell anything to me. They did not charge me for the visit. I'll unhesitatingly use them if the need arise.

Had a seriously clogged bathtub drain, and contacted them in the morning, and 2 hours later they were here. Great customer support, did a good job getting the drain cleaned, and feel confident our plumbing issues are permanently solved, Would definitely recommend.

They finished a job another plumber started but quit. They came when promised, repaired and replaced a whole section of pipe, and put the dirt back with the grass in tact. I would highly recommend them and use them again. Oh, and their highest estimate was lower than the lowest estimate of the other guy, so their pricing is fair, as well.

Joel Green arrived on time and fixed a stopped up drain/ AC overflow quickly and efficiently. I guessed the bill would be $ 175. It was $ 177.50. We will use H&M again
