Nor did you bring you wanting a landing until after the staircase was complete at that point it was to late to pour a slab otherwise it would've been included in your initial quote. The extra charges (change orders) where explained personally by me your fence line that you personally marked out encroached your neighbors property and the city was called so we had take down and rebuild that was a cost.
