Don arrived to look at our possessed 3yr old Samsung electric range. He assessed the it was likely the computer board and we ordered it and he can back to fix it. He is a really nice honest guy who follows through with kindness and respect. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Terrific!

I contacted Home Advisor on August 10. The oven was finally fixed on September 8. We had no operable oven for a month. The fourth option he tried was the solution. It was very frustrating to be without the oven. It was frustrating that we had to contact him numerous times to find out why things were taking so long. He did not initiate contact with updates. He was very nice but he did not seem to grasp how hard it was to be without ones oven for over 4 weeks.

The one item that led to a lowered "customer service" rating was that I had to make a follow-up call to see if they were still planning to do the job (Or not). Once that was out of the way, it was fairly smooth sailing. In terms of price, I don't know what the cost of a typical stove repair might be, so it's hard for me to say whether my cost was good or average.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
