I put a request out for a plumber to help install a dishwasher on the Home Advisor app and Don from H & N called me right away. He came and got the job done the same day at a reasonable price. He was very efficient and professional and I definitely recommend this company.

Don was great! He was very responsive, professional, and courteous. He clearly explained what the problem was with my washer machine.
I contacted Home Advisor on August 10. The oven was finally fixed on September 8. We had no operable oven for a month. The fourth option he tried was the solution. It was very frustrating to be without the oven. It was frustrating that we had to contact him numerous times to find out why things were taking so long. He did not initiate contact with updates. He was very nice but he did not seem to grasp how hard it was to be without ones oven for over 4 weeks.
Oh my! I let you know when the part would be in... I am sorry, but I don't have control over shipping companies... It's not my fault it was on back order.

The one item that led to a lowered "customer service" rating was that I had to make a follow-up call to see if they were still planning to do the job (Or not). Once that was out of the way, it was fairly smooth sailing. In terms of price, I don't know what the cost of a typical stove repair might be, so it's hard for me to say whether my cost was good or average.
