I was charge almost $200 for less than a hundred dollars worth of work that needs to be done. Damaged an area of my door stop framing trying to pry off a stuck bolt for my door knob. Failed to offer a discount due to the damage on my door framing and the edge of the door. Now I have to hire a carpenter to repair and additional cost incurred. Company was not upfront with repair cost Will not recommend to anyone...
