"The customer had many issues, on a personal level, which caused many delays. In spite of our greatest efforts to accommodate her, the schedule fell apart thus causing the customers dissatisfaction. Our company's policy is to have all our subs paid and we have never had any lawsuit nor liens placed on ANY of our jobs. It's a verifiable fact and a public record, so we do not understand the reasoning behind false accusations for non payment to subs. We offered all assistance and help we can give to the client and still stand behind it, in spite of her bad attitude towards us, which we hope is only temporary."

"I think the less than $20 K to gut and fully remodel a bathroom and make it ADA compliant, move the partition walls for the bathroom, move partition walls for the bedroom entrance, rebuild the hallway closed, install 3 new interior doors, modify the bedroom closet doors and install new one, and move partition walls for ADA compliance and build an eight feet entrance ramp with landing. I think that is more like a good deal. I do not understand why bad customer service? I waited almost an hour for the client to show up for appointment and was OK with it."
