Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Troy is very personable but cannot/does not communicate his intentions. He does not call back has to be hounded for a phone response. He fails to show up when promised, always had an excuse. We would see him once a week for about two hours, project started in May still running in Sept. Had to threaten to call contractor license board to get him to start. He failed to pull a permit for the home improvement, Inspector red-tagged (stopped) the project. We had to contact another contractor to complete the project. He had little to say good regarding the work Troy had done.
