Drywall Repair
In October, I hired Rodra, owner of HM2day to do exterior home repair and we had a new written contract once we settled on the extent of the work to be done that legally superceded any contract before as is standard with home remodeling. Any professional, experienced contracter would know this and deal with it honestly. Rodra became aggressive and upset when I would not be ripped off by him when he dishonestly said that I was supposed to pay an additional $1,200 more right AFTER he got all of the money upfront for the job. This was bogus and unscrupulous. Rodra was already way over-priced but I mistakenly believed he would show up and do the work efficiently at the beginning of the next week (4 days later). Instead he kept over $4,300, the full amount, and did literally no work at all. He takes no accountability, and always talks incessantly. He's not honest in his responses to real reviews of issues people have with him. I have had to deal with this aviodable fiasco legally now.

"Hello, I always value my customers and their time. Due to you not letting me come in your home at the time of payment, I could not continue the job. I have recordings of You not letting me in your home at the time of payment. You let me finish over halfway through the work knowing a payment was due at the halfway point and then said I was moving too slow when I was a week ahead, and I only had 3 days left. So I am a little confused by this review. But if you have any questions or concerns, my phone is always open, and I am always willing to work with the customer Thank you."

This guy is awesome reasonable prices reasonable guy he has ran my properties for 6 years now I have multiple properties and he have done excellent with all the repairs and maintenance on them even with renovations if you need someone that can run multiple properties and do multiple projects without hiring multiple people to do it he's your guy he is the jack of all trades I never had to hire another person because he can do everything hire this guy to put your mind at ease he been doin me great and saving me money thanks rodra
