Otis was very professional, and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to get the issue with the AC corrected, I highly recommend honest Abe as your next heating and cooling professional.

I can not say enough good things about Honest Abe's!! I've had baseboard heat for over six years. When it came time to replace the baseboards with a furnace, I researched like crazy and got several different quotes. Honest Abe's gave me the best price, came out in a timely manner, and had it all completed in no time. I thought this was going to be a huge pain in the neck project and it was far from that! My house is so warm and cozy! Honest Abe's received a customer for life! Hands down the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with!

Wanted to get my air conditioner looked at before it gets hot out so I asked around got this company as a reference. They were professional on time and even went the extra mile to help explain the details of things I could do to assist with energy efficiency for my brand new unit. Otis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and efficient. He went out of his way to get the job done as quickly as possible. My only complaint is that this company is not on Google Maps so I had to figure out a suitable platform to review them since I'm not on Facebook.

Honest Abe's did a fantastic job for us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the home warranty group to resolve, rebuilding our furnace/air conditioning in 36 hours. Otis is a polite professional with tons of knowledge. From now on, they will be our go-to service group.

The technician Rich came out for service call. He truly diagnosed the problem. We had another provider out earlier this week and they hooked up a machine and said well your system is overcharged we need to drain the Freon without ever looking inside the house at the returns. Rich took his time to walk thru our house and examined the inside unit, found an issue with our filter, helped make small repairs and got us cooling upstairs again. Rich also recommend a service plan to help maintain our equipment and based on his quality of work it was a no brained to sign up immediately. I wish I could give 100 star rating because this company and specifically Rich was awesome to work with, very professional, and honest with their assessment. I guess the proof is in the name. Thank you Honest Abe I will be referring more business to you.

Otis is THE MAN. He is professional, very communicative, and I can tell he really cares about doing the best job possible. I will never use another heating and cooling company. These guys are a breath of fresh air. Thank you Honest Abe's!!!!
