I talked with Harry and George from Honesty AC during the process of replacing my 13-year-old AC. They are co-owners of the company and it has been a very pleasant experience with them. Honest AC might be a small AC company, but you will receive the old-fashion customer service. When I called their phone number, you will get hold of the real person to talk about your issues and give their professional opinions. In the middle of this summer, the life without AC is definitely catastrophic and our AC stopped working on Sunday. Honesty AC visited us on Monday's morning and even if i told them the issue(i hired another company to do the check one month ago), they still took up their time to have another thorough check. They also offered us to us their portable ACs before the new AC installation. The new AC was installed on Thursday. Their proposal is very competitive and for the past several years, the cost of installing AC have skyrocketed. As a homeowner, it is a big financial decision and also a difficult technical decision, when to repair and when to replace. Harry and George did a very job in explaining the technical things to you without very pushy about replacing the new system. I think that we, as a homeowner, need to reward these honest and professional AC contractors like Harry and George and make them stay in business!

Harry gave me a good price one the AC unit, very responsive and HONEST. His crew did a very good job on installation, he cleaned up the air vents, put everything in nicely. The job took about 5 hours, love their service. Highly recommend in Gainesville area.
