repairman Mike is the best. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. All done in half hour. I am very happy. This is the company to hire in Cape May if you need AC work. Hot ice cooling and heating was there when I needed them the most ,thru a heat wave. They promptly came out to repair my AC. The office manager and the technicians were pleasant, polite, and very professionally skilled. There pricing was very fair and I would recommend Hot Ice cooling and heating to everyone. Murray was prompt, professional and thoroughly explained everything he did. He made recommendations regarding the type of filter I should buy, he showed me the various readings he was getting from the vents and explained them. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the work being done. I would absolutely recommend Hot Ice to anyone. I am going to have him back in the fall to give the heating system a once over before the winter season.
