Just good basic customer service. I called and he answered the phone and right away was trying to help me trouble shoot the issue. We set up an appointment and Micheal was very good about keep the communication going and keeping me updated on his arrival time. Once he arrived and we went through the issue, he was upfront with the cost - it was affordable. He cleared the clog and informed me how to help keep it clean. I got the invoice and it was exactly what he said it would be - no added or hidden cost. Very professional and would highly recommend.
