Very prompt. I called and they came the same day to do an estimate. Had to pay $60 for service call, but that was deducted from repair. Received the estimate the next morning and it was very reasonable! Tech explained everything he was doing during the repair and completely cleaned and vacuumed the interior of the dryer being fixed. Also provided a free exhaust line as the one we had was not flexible enough. Highly recommend this company!

We have been in the process of remodeling our house for the past 3 years and I can confidently say this is the worst *contractor* I have ever dealt with. Had absolutely NO IDEA of what he was doing. Paid him for a simple dishwasher install. Not only did he not install it properly, but he damaged my cabinets and floors in the process. I did the bulk of the heavy lifting. Trust the reviews! I thought to myself, *Surely he can handle a simple dishwasher install*. WRONG! Do not do it. HomeAdvisor clearly has no idea who they are working with.

Thank you . Offered a solution to my washer and dryer problem without spending money to repair . Was to costly to repair. I would recommend hp appliance and use them again for future work.

Great owner super helpful

I had a refrigerator technician come through home advisor... It was not a pleasant experience.. He didn't have any knowledge of work and was not able to clearly say what is wrong with my appliance.. He said he ll come back with parts.. When asked about what was wrong he wasn't ready to give any explanation.. He charged me $60 and never even gave me any receipt , He could not even find out clearly what was wrong.. He was calling someone and asking something continuously..

Hector diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly and suggested first replacing the pump and then follow up with control boards replacement if the pump was not the issue. Turns out the control boards needed replacement, He reinstalled our pump, put the new boards in and we were back in business.

Clarify what you want prior to the work. Make sure to watch what they are doing, otherwise he does what he wants.

They were supposed to come to my home when the refrigerator was delivered to install it. The last communication I received from them said to let them know when the refrigerator is delivered and they would come out to do the install. The refrigerator was delivered and they have not returned my calls or text messages for three days. The refrigerator is still sitting in our garage and I need to find a company that will actually return calls and do what they say they will do.

Came to evaluate my problem - chest freezer stopped working. Very polite, Identified first part needed to run the condenser. Took part back to shop to order. It's been 2 weeks. Have not heard about the status of the order or a return visit to install. I decided to ordered a replacement freezer instead of repairing. Poor customer service - no communication. Very disappointing.

I have a Samsung refrigerator that had an ice maker that kept icing up. FYI - not everyone will service Samsung fridges. The technician came on Friday to take a look at it and see what parts would be needed. He called on Monday with an estimate on the parts and labor. He came Tuesday and did the repairs. Everything is working fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any kind of appliance repair.

He was great and made sure he was going to get the job done the same day.

I had HP Appliance come to my house for a repair for my Samsung range/oven and the charged me $60 for diagnostics (which I paid and they immediately cashed my check). I?ve tried 12 separate times to contact them only to get either their voice mail or the mail box is full and cannot leave a message. Poor customer service on their part. I understand they are busy but not even to return a call? Stay clear of this company.
