This company came and repaired my dryer. 3 and half weeks later it stop working again. Called them and told them and they said they would come put and look at it again. Two weeks later they came and said a fuse needed to be replaced and they had to order the part. Now we are into week 4 and the last two weeks all I have been getting is the part is not into it has come in and we will be out tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and still no repair to now they will not even answer the phone when I call. This is unacceptable customer service especially when we have already paid $275 to fix it and I have had to go to family and friend homes just to dry laundry over the past month. Now have to pay more money and hire another company. Do not do it, do not ever hire them.

This was one of the best customer service experienced I have had, Hector taught me things that I needed to know as a new homeowner and also did a through diagnosis of what my issue was with the dryer. I highly recommend using HP Appliance again!

When I could not find any other company to come on Saturday to fix my LG fridge my message was received on Angi from HP Appliances and they showed up later that day. They had to order a part and had it rushed and showed up as soon as it came in, Hector was awesome in helping is in our situation of no fridge for days! I highly recommend HP Appliances and Hector!

Quick service. Same day service. He went above and beyond to ensure all things are in working order.

The technician was 4 hours late for the appointment. He was at my house for about 15 minutes, looked at my built-in natural gas grill, and charged me $60.00 to tell me he could fix it. He told me he would have to check on parts and schedule a second technician to assist him. I called him four days later and was told that I would have to obtain the parts myself for him to fix the grill. I spent the next two weeks trying to get a parts list from him to order them from the manufacturer and all he did was give me the runaround and then stopped responding to my voicemail messages and text messages. I found him to be very unprofessional and charged me a fee to do absolutely nothing.

Hector, was very respectful, understanding, caring, and very knowledgeable and never lied to me once. I pray God's Blessings out to all of you in Jesus name Amen Amen and Amen ð

Quick response. Came the next day. Replaced garbage disposal within 45 minutes.

They came out on a holiday July 4, I called them on Saturday July 3. They Fixed the refrigerator problem fast. Their charges were extremely reasonable and no extra for coming out on the holiday. I was very satisfied and will refer them to others.

Very prompt. I called and they came the same day to do an estimate. Had to pay $60 for service call, but that was deducted from repair. Received the estimate the next morning and it was very reasonable! Tech explained everything he was doing during the repair and completely cleaned and vacuumed the interior of the dryer being fixed. Also provided a free exhaust line as the one we had was not flexible enough. Highly recommend this company!

We have been in the process of remodeling our house for the past 3 years and I can confidently say this is the worst *contractor* I have ever dealt with. Had absolutely NO IDEA of what he was doing. Paid him for a simple dishwasher install. Not only did he not install it properly, but he damaged my cabinets and floors in the process. I did the bulk of the heavy lifting. Trust the reviews! I thought to myself, *Surely he can handle a simple dishwasher install*. WRONG! Do not do it. HomeAdvisor clearly has no idea who they are working with.

Great owner super helpful

I had a refrigerator technician come through home advisor... It was not a pleasant experience.. He didn't have any knowledge of work and was not able to clearly say what is wrong with my appliance.. He said he ll come back with parts.. When asked about what was wrong he wasn't ready to give any explanation.. He charged me $60 and never even gave me any receipt , He could not even find out clearly what was wrong.. He was calling someone and asking something continuously..
