I was very impressed by the work done by Roger. He was very flexible, (I had to change our first appointment time and day) courteous and very punctual. He did beautiful work on my fathers desk and was able to do the job in my garage, which was convenient. I would certainly use Dossantos Carpentry in the future.

Hello: We planned a meeting at my apartment for 4:30pm on Thursday, September 17. I received a phonecall at 4:20pm asking if we "were still on" for the appointment, and that he was running late. I was not able to stay because I had another appointment and had to be there in another hour! I asked if we should reschedule for the next day, and he agreed and thanked me. Once again, I made a special trip home, but he did not keep the appointment and never even called.

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment and he did not come because it was raining. Rescheduled for the next day, Friday at 5PM, I asked 3 times if he will be able to make this appointment and he promised me he would. Here I sit at 5:16PM having just hang up with Santos and sure enough he just phoned to cancel again.
