I lost my ac. the coil needed to be replaced which is a big job. hph came early the next morning and replaced our system. we were COOL with that!!

I was quite impressed that when I first spoke to them, the gal on the phone took me through some very basic troubleshooting steps (instead of just sending out the men to flip one switch and charge me a lot of money). She sent the workmen out to my house the very next day. They were so pleasant, polite, and professional. I truly enjoyed working with them. Howard was careful to explain everything he learned during their very thorough total assessment so that I understood exactly what was wrong with the unit. They did an excellent job and even took away the old unit. Would hire again happily! :)

The Doctors and Staff are amazing. We recently moved to Flower Mound and I always take my kids to HPH because they always make us feel extremely welcome. But most of all, the Doctors are very professional and take care of any and all the medical concerns that we may have at that present time. I would not only recommend HPH Services to my neighbors and friends, but I will also continue to use the services when needed.

Replaced a heat pump unit and air handler. Howard did a good job, and came back to check the system and adjust it for summer season as part of the service. Also, we had an issue with a part that was creating a sound on start up, and he found and fixed the problem under warranty with no problems. Very reliable and trustworthy. I'll be using Howard for service at our new house.

When you've never worked with a company before, it's always a gamble bringing someone into your home. But there is no gamble here - Howard was so incredibly helpful, friendly, courteous, and thorough. Howard did a great job.

Howard is fantastic and a very ethical business man!!! First he identified that my compressor was still under warranty which saved me lots of money over my other estimate. When he got into the problem, he found out he could fix without even replacing the compressor. He could have easily replaced and I would not have known, but instead he fixed the problem and saved me lots of money - thanks Howard!! I will always call you in the future and make sure all my friends know as well.

Howard was prompt, friendly and professional. Most of all Howard was extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. After assessing our entire AC system, his professional recommendation was to change our air filters to a more free flowing design. He fixed some poor wiring that the builder had done. But the net is that he did not try to sell us any expensive items. His final assessement on why the upstairs was not keeping up with cooling on a certain day was simply that it was too hot and the system was not designed to deal with that high of heat. When our system finally dies, I will certainly be calling Howard to install a new, system.

a good experience

They called me before I even got off their web page! They promised me they would be able to fix my a/c that night. My tech arrived at 7:00pm, and he fixed my problem by 8:00. He explained what the problem was & how he had fixed it. The thing that most impressed me was that instead of just saying it needed to be replaced, at a substantially higher cost, he repaired it at a fraction of the cost. I will need to get this unit replaced some time soon, but for now I'm cool again & I will NEVER go to anyone else for my heating & cooling needs.
