Came back twice to caulk bathrooms after leaving them in such a mess. Still not done right.

Converted a bath tub / shower to a shower. On time, on budget, great communications with me, the customer.

Derek's work was outstanding. He inspected the existing porch railings and boards at the bottom of each column, to determine the overall condition of the porch. He sought my ideas for how I'd like to proceed: whether to repair or demolish and start over. The vinyl railings I had eyed at Home Depot would have to be ordered, but he found the same style -- with black aluminum balusters -- in WOOD in stock, and asked my opinion. I think he expected me to say no, but I said yes without hesitation. The rotten column boards were replaced and the new railings installed that very afternoon. Rain was expected the next day, so Derek arrived early the next morning to paint the untreated sections of wood. The new railings were painted early the next week. All work was completed to my complete satisfaction, with excellent attention to detail. The new railings were secured in place, far better than the original railings had been. This porch was built to last whatever nature throws at it! I highly recommend HR3 and Derek Barrett for their responsiveness, rapport, commitment to good construction practices, speed, and quality of work. They put the customer first. I recommend them unreservedly.

The work to this point which was discovering the extent of the problem was fine. They did a good job on discovery.. On Nov. 19th, I was called by the first craftsman and given an initial estimate for work. He came by a few days later started working and discovered the extent of the damage and had to revise the quote. The first craftsman did not show up one day. I spoke to the owner who said he thought it was Covid. Three or four days later, he sent a second craftsman. The second craftsman showed up, put down the replacement sub floor, and removed some more of the hardwood floor. He was to come back on wed 12/16, then something happened with him and the company. They sent out a third guy who looked at it that Wed. afternoon (12/16) . said this should have been a three day job not one month. He was to be here at 8 am this morning ( 12/18) to start working, but he has been a no show as of 10:am. I placed several calls to him and the owner, but cannot get hold of either of them.. At this point I have paid for 60 percent of the job which is about how much they have accomplished. I will be forced to hire someone else to complete the job. because it is winter and my house is exposed to the elements.

The job was to fix my Mother's house for resale. The estimate was completed and agreed upon. There was a component of the project that was to be completed later. When the majority of the work was completed, we arranged to pay Eddie via credit card as I live away from the area. Once HR3 charged the card, they charged as if all work was completed it was not and ultimately would never be I explained to Eddie that this was not going to be done I was charged for work not completed. Eddie agreed and consented to refund me $260. Then he has ghosted me for the past 8.5 months while not refunding or responding to multiple emails or voice mail. Not clear how this is either logical or ethical. Would appreciate the right thing to be done.

The contractor was very professional and worked very proficiently. After he finished the job, he made sure everything was cleaned up and neat.

Marcos was great I would love for him to come to my home if I need some more work done. He fixed my front door. I had hired someone to put in my door and the other company made a mess out of the project. Marcos came and had me in tears he fixed it so good. I want to thank him .

We had a door swing direction reversed, it was done quickly and they showed up on time and when they said we would. Will use them again.

Steve installed a new door, frame and all, and did an excellent job! He was friendly and professional even answering questions from my 6 yr old grandson. ð . Will definitely hire them again!

Showed on time throughout the whole process. Always came through with what they said. Project did start one day late, but was called ahead of time and informed of the delay and why (framer was pulled to help get another project wrapped up). Did a thorough job during the estimate, did not end up with any overages. Worked with Marco the whole time. They tore out an old rotting chimney chase and fireplace, and another 8 feet of wall with rotted wood, and rebuild it all, adding a large window.

I hired Eduardo for a few small projects and repair the dormers after I received a written estimate, he did not complete the work the dormers, I gave him a payment without the project being completed because of social distancing, the told me he would be back, have not heard from him for awhile, I call Eduardo asked him when he was coming back, said he is not coming back, took a job at Lowes, now I can not get the work done with what is left
