HRC Remodeling did an amazing job on our entire Master Bathroom remodel. They provided us with an amazing material selection to choose from, and also a very knowledgeable manager that helped us with the design. Their customer service was excellent and our project was completed within the timeframe. We will use them again for our kitchen remodel project.

My kitchen remodel ended a few weeks ago. I had to wait to write this review so that I did not write it with emotion. The kitchen is beautiful, although not what was originally discussed or planned and promised. It started with the original measurements that had to be scrapped and redone by another guy, and that was my first red flag. After measurements done and sink measurements confirmed, I then had to turn around and purchase a different sink because their measurements were wrong again, and they did not measure correctly. I had to go buy a smaller sink to fit the base cabinet. Then I was told they could accommodate a certain request for a cutting board. I was at work when the countertops came in. When I came home, much to my shock and dismay, it was already installed and what I had asked for was not done. The only excuse that they had was that the granite cutter THEY CONTRACTED should not have told me he could do it. Then, there's the finish. The whole crew came in,knowing I was sad about everything, knowing they messed up , to finish up the project. They slapped everything together and didn't even take into consideration the details. The tile guys had also thrown all of their trash in my yard when the reno started, dozens of plastic clips. My husband even mentioned it to them a couple times and I ended up going out there myself and cleaning it up after they left. I wish I could post pictures of what all they did. I'm too exhausted with this project to even go into detail, but if you could see how this project went, you would not choose this company. Also worth a mention, NO customer service to speak of. No apologies, and they never offered any sort of discount after their mistakes, knowing how sad I was. They would not have done this if it was their home. I don't know about you, but I would much rather work with a company who treats someone else's home like their own, especially when they pay you with their life savings . This is not that company.

The put in a new wood ceiling that is outstanding. Tongue and groove aligns perfectly.
