The team clearly explained the costs, scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the proactive communication—both before and after the visit—was excellent. They did a spectacular job of finding the issue with our pool lighting tripping the breaker. Not only was Nathan Sweatt professional trained and capable, he was friendly. I hired HR Phoenix through an Angie recommendation to replace the white hardware in my kitchen, but I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this company. The project went off the rails when we realized we were missing two pieces of hardware. The pro left to purchase the items at a store only five minutes from my house, but he was gone for over an hour. Not only did they charge me for that entire hour he was away, but they also charged me for the hardware itself. To make matters worse, despite the clear goal of the project being a uniform white look, the pro returned with mint-colored hardware instead of white. Because of this error and the time wasted, I ended up having to finish the work myself. I have requested that the company refund me for the hardware and the hour of labor I was charged while he was gone, but the outcome was completely unsatisfactory.

Love the fact that the owner actually takes a look and gives the estimate. Installer was efficient. The entire experience made me feel like one of the large companies took care of me in that it was 100% professional. Estimates, invoices, payment by card, follow up about service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Bobby is an asset to the company due to his compassion for the customer. He was not high pressure, he was down to earth and it was obvious he cared. (note that I expanded the scope of the project after hiring him for this project, which added an hour to the time he was here and also added to the cost of the overall job)

I had a very disappointing experience with HR Phoenix Electrical. The electrician arrived about 50 minutes late ? which I was willing to overlook ? but it quickly became clear the technician was moving extremely slowly. After taking a long time to diagnose the issue, he told me I simply needed a new GFCI outlet. I?ve replaced these myself before for under $20, so I was surprised when he quoted $298 for the hour, despite only being there roughly 30 minutes at that point. He then said he had to leave and purchase a GFCI from a hardware store ? surprising for such a basic and common part. He assured me he would be back, complete the work, and still finish within an hour total. Instead, he was gone about 25 minutes, returned, and ended up barely over the one-hour mark. Because of that, he charged me for a second full hour, even though the delay was entirely due to his slow pace and leaving to buy a part he should have had on-hand. I would've done it myself if I knew he was going to lie.

All wiring and fuses checked. Replaced burnt out GFI tested. Electrician was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Problem was quickly fixed and tested. Definitely will hire again if needed

The technician, Chris, was scheduled to come out the very next day when I had a concern with my solar lights due to bad weather. He checked out the batteries and was very courteous and explained the operation of the lights to me. The office staff takes care of your requests immediately. They are always cone out on time and keep you informed upon arrival. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used HR Phoenix for the last 5 years for my home and build projects electrical needs. Always first rate in the quality of the technicians and customer service. For this visit, the inaccessible plug in for my hot water heater fried itself at the outlet. Quan was my super polite technician. We discussed the several options available to fix the problem, I chose the best one for me and the work was completed quickly, efficiently and it looks great! (Usually electricians tend to tear up the drywall requiring repairs). Anyway I am super happy and I have the peace of mind that the repair was done correctly, up to code, and will not give me any problems.
