"I?m very sorry you feel this way, and I completely understand how quickly things can move once a property goes under contract. You notified us on 4/16 that your closing was scheduled for 4/24 and requested the staging to be removed prior to closing. Per our agreement, we require 10 business days? notice to schedule a move-out so we can properly plan our team and logistics. We did offer the option to move the furniture on 4/28 at no additional charge, which would have met the contract terms. However, in order to accommodate your earlier timeline and allow you to close on time, we had to bring in an additional crew on short notice, as our schedule was already fully booked. The $300 fee is specifically to cover those extra labor costs needed to meet the expedited request. We truly appreciate your business and are glad to hear the home sold quickly?that?s always the goal. Please let me know if you have any questions."
