Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
This guy, Kevin Henderson, was beyond worthless. He contracted to do deck clean and stain/seal, 2 areas of ceiling painting, 2 areas of wall painting, shower crack sealing, removal of ceiling on lower level beneath the shower, replacement/repair of that ceiling. He came and did one patch to the shower, and then failed to show for 2+ more appointments the last of which was to have been April 18 to complete all the work. We confimed April 17 445PM CT and he said he'd be by 1000-1030. Early he said he had car trouble. Then he texted at 1204PM CT saying he was at Home Depot on Moores Lane. He never showed. I have asked for a refund of my $430 deposit. And cancelled the order. And contested the charge on American Express. Avoid Kevin Henderson and MainTech like the plague. He promises and does not fulfill. God help you if you elect to use him.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Very reliable, professional and good people to work with. We had a roof leak, hopefully they found it and got it repaired. They guarantee their work for 2 years. We have them scheduled for more home repairs. Canâ t wait!
