Maybe I had bad luck with this team. I made an appointment with Ruby at 8:00 am early morning because she told me that she had another house at 10:30 am. So i am expecting 2/2.5 hours job with my 950 square feet apartment. The team was late 20 minutes and I was kind of worried about the time. I showed Ruby and her team where(kitchen & Bathroom) i needed to be done and hope they can start with the area i care most first. However , after morn than one hour, Rudy and one lady is still working on my little bathroom, and another lady was still cleaning my dining room. My kitchen has not started yet. Ruby also admitted my apartment was maintained pretty well and i hired Ruby's team for some detail cleaning (e.g the kitchen cabinet was greasy and needed to be cleaned inside and out.), since they only had around two hours(what i thought), they probably should have started with what i wanted them to do. Anyway, 3 hours has past, they were still working on the kitchen, i didn't know how she arranged with the other house. my floor was not started till almost 12 clock. My two bedrooms were not touched until i asked them at least to vacuum the floor. I supplied almost all the cleaning products and cleaning clothes. And my 950 square feet apartment only had partial done. :( I ended up paying them 200 dollars (almost 4 hours), and i am still confuse how they manage the time and why they were so slow. Finally they rushed to finish vacuuming my floor. Ruby admitted that i have maintained my apartment pretty clean. I really hoped they managed their time well and listened to what i wanted. The bathroom they cleaned pretty well, but the kitchen and other area was rushed. My floor also was not as clean as what i expected. I give them 3.5 star because if i have them for another 3 hours i believe they could done a better job. But i won't pay 400 dollars for my 950 square feet apartment.

I had just moved and needed by house cleaned before I could unpack. They were quick and efficient.

First time trying this company - or any Cleaning and Maid Service in the area. Ruby was very responsive to calls and texts. Gave an accurate estimate of how long the job would take and was very flexible about scheduling. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard, and did a fantastic job - all for a very reasonable price. This equates to great value! We'll definitely be using them again for recurring cleaning and maid services.

The only thing I would have liked to be different is that the lead woman kept saying how dirty the house was and basically said they couldn't do it completely. But I had told them in advance it was a vacated rental and was very dirty -- I would have liked her to just give me options for a level of service.

Ruby and her team are pleasant and professional, and did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. Ruby was also very accommodating - I called her only a few days before I needed the service, and she worked with me to make sure her crew was there when I needed them. Highly recommended.

Ruby and team have done a great job cleaning our apartment. I've gone through 3 different housekeepers and no one has cleaned as well as Ruby and her team. I would highly recommend them!

Ruby and her team are amazing. Always diligent. Always thorough. They'll even deal with putting children's toys away! I've recommended her service to friends in the area. I've tried plenty of other cleaning services in this area. Most do partial jobs. None will deal with clutter like toys. H. Ruby's Cleaning Inc. is a keeper!

H. Ruby's Cleaning service was a life saver for my family and I highly recommed her and her staff to anyone in need of home cleaning services. I contacted her only a few days before I needed her to do a renovation clean-up prior to our move in date. There was plaster dust all over the house, and no way we could have moved in with things in that condition. H. Ruby made time to fit us in (0nly 2 days later), did a great job at a very reasonable price. They even had to clean one room by the light of their cell phones as I had forgotten that there was no lighting in that room. She and her staff are wonderful!

Ruby and her staff were punctual, pleasant and all business. They worked very hard on a house that needed extreme cleaning and did it very efficiently. The value I received was very good and would not hesitate to recomend this service to anyone. Ruby was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Great Job, though expensive

They were incredible. The house was in horrible condition. We needed them that day. They came late in the day as promised, and stayed until 11pm to finish the job. The house went from filthy to sparkling, and they worked hard, were efficient, and really knew their business. I can't recommend them highly enough.
