HS Construction, headed by Jerry Underhill, did a complete remodel of our kitchen; including new granite counter-tops, refinish of all cabinets, replacement of cabinet hardware, installation of all new kitchen appliances, replumbing of the sink and water connections, and custom reconfiguration of the oven cabinet to our specification. The initial estimate was logical, reasonable, understandable, and competitive. The details of the work were discussed and negotiated as necessary and a statement of work was developed to the satisfaction of all. HS Construction did the work as described in a timely manner with any necessary deviations being brought to our attention for approval. All the work was of excellent quality, done on time, and as specified with no BS. Jerry and his assistant were both very knowledgable with respect to the products and techniques necessary to accomplish all of the required tasks. He is also a good guy with a great work ethic. I would use him again without any hesitation.

He did a great job. Showed up when he said he would and continued to work on the bathroom until it was finished. Price was what he said it would be except for a few upgrades that I wanted.

He did what he said he would in the time frame he said. He came in at the price he quoted within 40 dollars.

Job spec called for replacing upper (ceiling) panel, reinstalling trim work, and repainting the entire bay window area (consisting of 3 individual windows). Reasonable price ... friendly and easy to communicate with ... on time and finished within one day. Good overall job, but window seal paint job is a little rough ... needs better prep.
