It was wonderful to have Jaysson from hsdopros to removing junk items. He was so patient and at the same time quick in his work, as he was a great help in reminding me what I have planned to remove. With 300 dollars half of the truck was full, and my condo empty of half. My apartment is starting to breathe better. Jayssson did it with a passion of working. My lifestyle changed. I will have him soon as soon as I change furniture.

I unknowingly, completely misinformed them about the amount of junk to be hauled. Nonetheless, they worked double overtime and went out of their way to accommodate my junk removal deadline. They communicated well and consistently with me and did everything with a great upbeat attitude.

HSDO was the first business to respond to my request. They called immediately to ask for more details on what was needed. Within a few minutes after sending them a few pictures of what needed to be removed I was sent a quote. I accepted the quote and they removed it that very day. The worker who picked up the material was prompt and courteous. The item removed could have been sold or given away but that is not what this service does; they remove items for disposal. The owner of the company was fast, fair, and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Jason came to our home, assessed our "junk", gave us an estimate to remove it all, we agreed on a date and time. He was very professional and personable.
