He charged me $ 250 down with $50 due on completion. He called me back a couple of days later and said he couldn't find the product. He said he would send me a check for $300 and we'd be even. Now, he won't answer the phone.so, he owes me the $300 i paid on Feb27th., and he can for get the $50 Balance.

I Barren Williams search on Angie s website for Deck repair or rebuild. I immediately received a response from Tyler Lee Hall with H And S Decking. After communicating with Tyler Lee Hall through text messages and then phone call we set up two different meetings to discuss the project after coming to an agreement, Tyler required a down payment of $3500 for materials only which I submitted to him by personal check written out to H and S Decking he then emailed me an invoice, reflecting the payment and the balance of the agreement.Tyler agreed to purchase the materials the next day which would be a special order with Menards and delivery of those materials to be sent to my home,then send me a copy of the invoice. at the end of the next business day, I called Tyler because I had not received the invoice, Tyler did not answer the phone, but responded to me in an email stating that he purchased the materials and would send me a copy of the invoice but he was out of town at the moment. He also said in his text message that he did not have the materials sent to my home because the delivery charges would be 300+ dollars and that he would pick the materials up when they were come in. I responded to Tyler that that is not what we agreed to. He was supposed to have those materials delivered to my home and send me a copy of that invoice confirming that The purchase was made, and those materials would be coming directly to me when they arrived at the store. I then responded to Tyler with that is not what we agreed to you were supposed to have those materials delivered to my house and send me a copy of the invoice so that I know those returns were ordered. I need you to call me immediately or answer my phone call. after calling Tyler for several days, he has not answered my phone calls or responded to my text messages since then

Great work great people/company! Price was in my budget! Did everything I wanted!

Great people to work with, they communicated with me, told me pros and cons and was $10,000 cheaper than the last company. Would highly recommend.
