I gave a 1/2 star because I had to give something and it would not let me do negative. Do not under ANY circumstance hire them to do work for you. The drywall they did is horrifying. I was told by Gary he could do it in 3-4 days tops because it was a small job. He started on Tuesday and was suppose to be there by 8, he shows at 10 -10:30 everyday and is gone by 3:30-4. They knew my Grandson's graduation was Friday and said they would be done, no such luck. On Friday, he comes in at 11 and starts working; the graduation is at 4 at 3, he is still there and then announces he is done. His wife, who run the office portion, is on the way to be paid. I go in and turn the lights on and want to cry because I will not miss this graduation. What they did my bathroom and if I could post the pictures I would, I now have to pay to have the dented uneven walls put in by Gary and I have taken action to have them refund the money, they were already paid and now have to take time off work to sit through this again. DO NOT hire these people

The time frame was way off. They told us it would be finished in 3 days, it took 5. There was paint on the carpet and paint on the trim. We are still doing touch up ALL over the house. There were places that were missed in every part of the house. Another dissapointment was the quality of the paint,very cheap,runny paint . I went to Sherwin Williams to ask about the quality of the paint, they told me it was recommended for touch up and cielings! Veryappointed with entire job.

Polite, gentlemanly, worked hard to complete the project in the short time frame we provided them. Work is beautiful.

I am not a person who usually writes a review, but I don't feel that someone else should have to go through the same problems that we had. First of all Dawn is a very sweet lady and I enjoyed talking with her, but the paint job that was done at my house was unacceptable. When I came home after the second day of painting I was distraught with what a bad job the men had done. The edging was all over the place, paint was on my wood trim, closet doors, the floors, cabinets, light fixtures, they even painted the screws to the light switch plates. They did not patch all the holes and patched them the second day, but you could see the patch/paint work, at one point they left two holes in the wall from a shelf that had previously hung on the wall. Parts of the ceilings were not even painted. The stairwell in my basement looked like it was painted two different colors. I also found paint on my brand new furniture along with paint that was spilled on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. My husband had the owners come and check it out and Gary said that he would come back and redo everything because he wanted us to be satisfied and happy with their work and that he was going to have re-roll the entire job. I am sorry to say that he didn't do any better. The way my house was left was horrible, you could see where the brush strokes were, where he had patched things and tried to blend the paint, paint splatter was all over the place and some spots that didn't even get painted. When they called to see if we were happy we had to tell them how unhappy we were. They came to get the paint and said that they wanted the paint tested because you could still see other colors through the new colors. They said that it was a bad batch of paint, which might have been the case, but that does not make up for the poor quality of work. We had to hire another person to redo the entire job. I hate having to do this because they are very nice people, but the work was not satisfactory at all and did not save my husband any time or aggravation.
