Harry got rid of virtually all the pests on the first visit. He really took his time. He was here again today as a followup. He was supposed to come back in two weeks from today but saids He can wait a month. That's honesty! Price was OK. One of the other contractors who called later charged less. But I'm happy with the thouroness of the job done by HSI Pest Control.

He just forgot to inspect our carriage house/garage.

I called Service Magic because I had a hornets nest in my yard that was almost twice the size of a basketball (HUGE). I didn't know what to do and I have a 2 year old so i was nervous. There had to have been 10,000 hornets in this nest. I was referred to HSI. I was put directly through to Michael. He explained hwo we have to do this, and he instantly understood my urgency. His rate was more than fair and we scheduled it for the very next morning. Michael arrived right on time and took a loko at the nest. I could tell that he was surprised by it's large size. He wasted no time at all, he went right in after this thing. Perfectly executed!

Michael is good at what he does, as well as being an overall nice guy. My situation, underground bumblebees, was one he did not have too much experience with, but he did his research prior to arrival and worked well in solving my problem. Spent the required amount of time to solve the problem and was very thorough and professional. Fair price and came to my home on the weekend, which was nice.

Mike responded promptly to our project request. He scheduled our work for the next day. He removed a large wasp nest for us from a 2nd story window awning. We would recommend Mike for your pest control job.

Michael is polite, courteous, and punctual. He is very clear on what he will be doing. He did not try and sell me services I did not want. The only thing that is missing is a bill. I need a bill as my realtor is paying for this treatment and he has been slow to send me one. I will be recommending him to others, after seeing how effective his work has been. One last thing: I wish he had cleared the hornet's nest he found and treated. But that is less important than the fact that unlike some others, he did not try to "scare" me about every insect possible, nor did he try and snow me with detailed (and often incomprehensible) information about chemicals, nor did he hike/change his prices because of the zip code. He gave me practical and sensible information, went all through the house and then gave me his suggestions. Thank you for recommending him.

Much better thorough job than last pest control agent-personable, did the job-addressed what the other company did not. Professional. Called me immediately same day and came at the time he said he would. Called me as I asked just prior to getting to my home. Definitely would recommend to others.

Michael did a great job. He came promptly, quoted us a very fair price, and worked quickly. When the ant problem we had was not totally fixed by what he did on the first treatment, he came back and did some more at no charge. A wonderful experience.
