I used this company for repairs on security system. Most have said they cannot work on such an old system and only want to replace it, but these folks were willing to repair the current system knowing they may get The business of the new home owners.

There was problem in the programming of my alarm system that was just determined on December 9th. The system malfunctioned sending medic alert, distress signal and other signals to the monitoring company. They reacted as to be expected. Fire department came to respond to the request of monitoring company and broke the deadbolt lock from storm door. I am still awaiting the reimbursement check for my deadbolt lock replacement.
