"Did twice the work quoted. The caulking was cleaned off but the drywall topping to repair the walls damaged by the customer had to be sanded.and she was advised of this. She agreed to do the work as part of my repairing the damage she created. The repaired and cleaned drains, the additional materials to replace mold damage, the repairs to the floors and several other items do require time none of which was she charged for. She was right, despite this, i was always respectful and friendly. ."
"HTE was hired to do two projects. The first a series of home repairs with numerous cost over runs due to unforeseen damages. The homeowner was unable to pay for the additional work but it was completed due to her father's failing health. We were hired a second time for a minor kitchen remodel under our DIY Assistance co-op program. We ordered materials and the client disappeared for half a year. After numerous attempts to contact her, the contract was considered vacated. The monies paid on the second were used to offset overruns on the initial job which still leaves a substantial balance. Our offices are easily located on Google maps."
"The homeowner did not agree to pay for the service call in case the leak occurred due to the tenant jamming something against the drains. Also, he was advised the drain from the wall did not extend far enough to get an adequate seal and should be repaired to qualify for the warranty. He did not want to pay for the repairs to the drain coming through the wall. You get what you pay for."
