HT Floors and Remodel

Hank at HT remodeled 3 of our bathrooms including tile, paint, new fixtures and toilets. Hank kept in contact with us through the whole project and everything was seamless. Hank can be trusted to keep his agreements and he cares a great deal about his personal honor and reputation. I STRONGLY recommend him.

Hank and his crew did a fantastic job. They worked everyday to complete and each night when they left my house was cleaned up nicely. Hank was available 24/7 for any questions I had. Everything went smoothly. Very good work. No surprise added expense. I will definitely be using him again!

HT Floors and Remodel has excellent customer service as well as service providers. Any time I had a question or concern, I I contacted Hank and received a prompt reply. The demo of our shower and tub was handled quickly and the new shower is beautiful! We liked Hank and his crew so much we added to the job and had hardwoods installed in 2 rooms. We are looking forward to working with him again on the remodel of the hall bath.

Great attention to detail.

We're so pleased to have found HT Floors and Remodel for our large renovation project. We replaced all flooring throughout the house, rebuilt the staircase, and did a complete update remodel to our kitchen and laundry room. They were very accommodating and easy to work with, came in very close to the initial bid, and even finished the work a couple weeks early. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend their work and will certainly use them again for future needs.

Where do I begin- this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Hank (owner) and his team were amazing every step of the way. They were always here when they said they would be here. Hank responded to my calls/texts immediately. Hank understands the importance of customer service and his main goal was to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed. He was reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend HT Floors and Remodel!

I am extremely pleased with the result. Bob advised me on materials and colors for my kitchen remodel, and worked within my extremely tight schedule. He was responsive to texts and calls, and his workmen were skilled and hard-working. It looks beautiful. I will definitely work with them again.

The contractors were all great at what they did. Any small issue raised was immediately addressed and taken care of.

HT suggested moving the island and making it much larger. Now have a stunning kitchen! Great remodel company. Starting Project 2 next week.

They're extremely customer oriented and will do their best to change if you want changes done unlike others.

I did not know quality like this still existed. The price was fair. The quality of work was exceptional. You will not go wrong with them. These people are professional (really artists) and take pride in their work. Customer satisfaction is of primary importance to Hank and his group of workers.

Overall we love the new kitchen. The subcontrators were very good and did great work. The owner makes good on all work. We did have some miscommunications with the owner so the project took longer and fixes were required but in the end the project turned out very well.

This is the best remodel experience I have ever had. The owner and team that did the work were professional, efficient and the attention to detail was wonderful. This company will be doing our master bathroom next!

The installer was on time each they.

Great job. They had to match older flooring to new flooring, and you cannot tell they are different. The only negative was there was the adhesive in quite a few spots when completed. When I couldn't get it off, they did come out and clean off where I had found it. Still some spots that I'm trying to clean

Hank did a great job and was very responsive. The crew worked quick was accommodating and cleaned up after they were done.

Chase was very easy to work with and the work team were excellent. We had a very unexpected and unavoidable delay, but the work was completed in a very timely manner all things considered. Workers were very polite, considerate and helpful! Volunteered to help me unload some very heavy things from my car which was not part of their job but was very welcome indeed! Took him a couple of minutes what would have taken me more time & a trip to the chiropractor afterwards. Would definitely use them again on another project!

Chase is a great manager. I need to make some changes after the installation and Chase is very accommodating. Overall the quality is great and the cost is lower than many others. The quote is pretty straightforward and very forthcoming without any hidden fees. Highly recommended!
