I spoke with over 15 people in regards to this project, and Phil was by far the best. He called and said he would be there in thirty minutes to give me an estimate, I was happy with his price and decided to hire him. After that I have used him many other times. There was one time he had not heard from me in a while and called to check on me and I had let him know I was needing to go to the hospital and he even offered to give me a ride. This guy is a truly good honest person.
