This contractor takes your money and does not complete the job. We are not the only people who he has taken advantage of. You need to remove him from your association. I trusted your organization to provide an honest contractor and we hired him.

Without my husband wanting to I paid Larry $200 up front. In Aug. We arranged for our project to be done 2 weeks later. He called the day he was supposed to be there and said he couldn't make it. We scheduled for the next weekend. He called that day and said he couldn't make it because of rain. It was sunny by 10 am. We rescheduled now for October 4th almost 2 months from when we first gave him our deposit. By this time I was really believing that he ripped us off of our deposit money with the continued cancellations and the lack of communication. So our 3rd scheduled date was 10/4. 9 am came and went with no contractor showing up to do our work. This was Saturday. I texted to find out why a no show and no answer until Monday when we finally did talk. At that point we made plans for him to try to get to use again and he finally did on the 4th try. I told him I didn't appreciate living for a whole month thinking that we had been ripped off. For that reason I would not give this contractor money up front and be prepared for him to reschedule several times because he is not a man of his word. Good news, the quality of work was fine.

Do not hire this person. We have had to beg him to work. He told us it was a 2 week job. We signed a contract on July 28th and we are still no way complete. We are not pleased. Also, we paid a lot of money up front!!! OUR MISTAKE
