Meshe painted the entire condo interior. I am pleased to say he was professional, tidy and finished on time. It's important to note that Meshe returned to do touch-ups assuring that I was completely satisfied with the painting.

HT maintenance and management was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. We hired them to paint the exterior of our house and stain the fence. Not only does our house look great (several neighbors have commented on how fresh and clean it looks), but it was a quick and easy experience with HT Maintenance and Management. I did repairs and painting on my house from across the country. He took copious amount of pictures before, during and after the siding replacement and gave me a strong level of comfort. He did the work last month and this month we are selling the house. The WDO inspection came up with some more rotten wood and we have scheduled Mesha to return to replace more siding and paint the exterior. Very professional and cleaned up very well after himself and his crew.

Mesha did two projects for me. The first was a wall repair and interior painting of our MBR and bath. The second was installation of an exterior door to our pool area from the guest bath. Overall the work was done professionally and on or ahead of schedule. The total cost of the two jobs together turned out to be a very good price. Mesha is easy to work with and is trust worthy.

THEY DELIVER! On time, professional and they clean up behind the project. I have used them on many homes I manage and they never disappoint. Recently painted house in JCP and did a great job!! Am in the works now to use on another property for interior/exterior paint. Handyman services too!!

I needed my exterior door replaced, front door frame repaired and several other repairs. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I received a phone call and how willing to work with the change in my schedule. I received my estimate on Friday and they were there bright and early Saturday morning. They did an amazing job on everything I asked them to do. I was originally concerned with finding a company online since my previous experiences were nightmares. I am very happy with the results, I could not have asked for better customer service and quality work. My husband has already recommended this company to a coworker of his.
