Overall, great experience. Took a tough job of integrating existing setup with new equipment. It turned out great and Tom is very knowledgeable.

Had four cameras, of an eight camera surveillance system installed. Afterwards we talked about adding two more, and he helped me order equipment I needed and I would contact him and set up an appointment when they came in. I did and he and he came out pretty quick. Ended up buying two more cameras to complete the set. Took a while to get him back out because of other jobs, but he finally got things done for me. Does really good work and is very friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend HTR for his service.
