Out of all the companies that came out to bid on the project, Lucio was the most knowledgeable and professional. He provided a complete report as to what needed to be replaced and was very transparent that there may be further damage that needed to be repaired and the potential cost of those repairs before starting the project. His crew was very efficient and cleaned up the area quite nicely upon completion.

We had a roof vent blow off during the heavy rains of May 2021 and a downspout shoot water from the second floor into the driveway. It was a mess! Little did we know that there was more damage than we knew. We were so impressed by Licio's approach of taking video and pictures and thorough documentation for pricing so that we could see just what was happening on our very steep roof and ridgeline- in addition to our vent and downspout. Licio then shared those pictures with his crew so there wasn't any guessing for them as they did the labor. He was honest about what we needed to do- even if it wasn't the most lucrative option for him. We had a downspout repaired, a spashshield installed, silicone rubber around the vents as well as a few patches on our roof. We knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Karla, the receptionist, was very responsive and answered my questions in a very professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend their service!

We have had the pleasure of working with Licio for nearly a year. He is so thorough in his inspection that he brought things to our attention that urgently needed to be fixed such as broken rafters and a missing exhaust pipe. Unfortunately for him, that meant a delay of nearly a year while we had things repaired so that it would be safe for his crew to replace our roof and gutters. During those 11 months, Licio stayed in contact and helped in any way that he could. He is quick to respond, always willing to take his time to answer questions and as I mentioned, extremely thorough. The whole process was professional from the bid to the work. And he comes out himself to inspect the work his crew does. We are extremely pleased that we hired HT Roofing and hope to have them do more for us in the future.

I needed some roof repair work done on my home. Not something one often needs. HT Roofing & Construction was one of the companies I contacted, and they were the only ones that promptly replied. Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable. The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well. I was really pleased with the whole experience doing business with HT Roofing & Construction and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
