We hired H&T to install a flagstone walkway. We were initially very happy with the job and the workers were friendly. However, within a few months, the polymer started to degrade and wash away. After numerous emails to H&T they sent someone out to replace some of the polymers. Unfortunately, the new polymer they used was even worse than the first polymer. Within days the polymers started to degrade crumble away and pull up in sheets. H&T recommendation was to remove the polymer and replace it with gravel. I initially had gravel between my stones and I can not believe that that is their solution. I am a very unhappy customer

Very disappointing. They talk a good game. But failed on deliver on the timetable we agreed on. Said they know how to do Christmas light but did a poor job.

Ms. Giroux, We apologize for your distaste regarding the holiday lighting project that we handled for you. It is of our opinion that we handled your project in an appropriate and professional manner. It is ironic that you went from loving our work in 2017 (noted below in text threads) to hating our work in 2018 ? But not until it was time for the invoice to get paid! We attempted on countless occasions to solve your complaints amicably. It?s of our opinion that this review / claim has little to no validity to it. MESSAGE SENT ON MARCH 2, 2019 @ 3;24PM: Good Afternoon Mrs. Giroux, After we last spoke, I looked into any possible documented concerns/issues you might have conveyed to the office. Please see attached conversation. I sent an initial email on December 28, 2018, requesting your preferred take-down date. I sent a second email on January 2, 2019 asking for the same information. The only documented acknowledgment I received was on January 2, 2019; in which you requested the holiday light/decor removal to be any time after January 8th. I then confirmed I would schedule you for January 9th, weather permitting. You responded, with acknowledgment on January 3. We were able to begin removal your lights on January 10th. In our last conversation, you claimed the lights were not functioning on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. If this was the case, why request for them to be removed 14 days later and not immediately? The first invoice was sent on December 1, 2018 for the initial light installation, which you viewed shortly after it was sent. The second invoice, for the remaining installation was sent on December 12, 2018, which you also viewed that same night. There was a 21 day gap between the second invoice being sent, to the time you requested for an additional 14 days before your lights were to be taken down. I received no documented concerns regarding dissatisfaction, or complaints regarding payments. During this time, when payment was expected to have been collected, we still offered to remove your lights, as a courtesy, while there was and existing open balance. A partial amount of your lights were up for over a month and all of the lights were installed for at least 30 days. Large equipment was rented for the lights to be installed at your residence, in which you verbally agreed to pay for, with Robert. Also as stated before, we have route sheets & gps reports of our time at your property for all the services performed. As you have expressed your frustration with our email reminders, we also are frustrated for your resilience to pay for services rendered. In order for all parties to move forward, please pay the invoiced amount, as it is over 75 days past due. Please respond via email or remit payment. Thank You!
