Was not able to repair TV issue. However, gave me other advice on some other issues I had with my home theater and provided reference for person who could help me with repairs. Would have preferred if they had been up front about not doing TV repairs rather than incurring $75 service call fee only to learn they couldn't provide the service that I was requesting.
