He arrived on time, cleaned the carpet beautifully, was friendly and charged a very reasonable amount.

These guys are excellent. The movers really did a number on my furniture and these guys did a great job cleaning it up. Iâ  ll call them back whenever I have another project

BUYER BEWARE: *H-Town damaged my carpet and couch. *Promised a refund and now won't return my calls. * Two other companies have come out and said both are damaged and would look worse if it was cleaned again. * Both carpet and couch were in perfect condition prior with no plans to replace for several more years. *Super disappointed not only at how gross they look, but even MORE disappointed and irritated that they won't talk to me, stand behind their work and take accountability. *Hosed!

I called H-Town Steam looking to get my carpets cleaned and they were very quick and efficient with getting me scheduled for a cleaning. When the technician Davante was on his way he called and let me know his arrival time. When he arrived at my house he did a complete walk through with my husband and I felt way more comfortable knowing that he was experienced and very knowledgeable with carpet care. Especially with Covid he was very careful and took caution while cleaning. He finished our home very quickly and we were amazed by the results they looked great! The day after our cleaning H Town steam followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my carpet cleaning. It is rare now a days to find a company that truly cares about ensuring their customers are satisfied and taken care of. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. If youâ re looking for a carpet cleaning company who really cares and does great quality work in a heartbeat I would recommend H-Town Steam.

Davante came out and cleaned my carpets last month. Hands down the most professional carpet cleaner I have ever dealt with. He came out, explained the pricing (absolutely worth the cost) and knocked out all the work quickly and efficiently. Itâ s like i have new carpets now! Iâ d give 10 stars if I could.

H-Town cracked tile flooring during their visit in January. My floors have yet to be repaired and it is May. I have been really patient with these guys...but nothing. Too bad I will have to take them to court. What a shame for a business not to fix their mistakes!

I needed someone right away to clean three rooms in a house. They were able to fit me in the next day into their busy schedule. They took pictures before and after the job. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but I was very surprised with what they were able to accomplish is such a very short time. It looked so incredibly good that I will be able to keep the carpet for several more years which saved me much more that what I paid them to clean it. They were a pleasure to deal with.....
