    Did the job was professional and courteous wore mask whole time. Great job responded immediately when I called and came next day. Service guy was awesome.


    They were clean and efficient and friendly . Justin and Tom (sorry if not right). I had another local company come out replace a vavle @ cost of $325 said all set and nothing this was to fix ice maker. No call back nothing. I'm in trades and not very professional. Hub appliance is great. Highly recommend them all day long!

    Highly recommend HUB Appliance for their knowledge, value, and customer service! I was referred to them by a reputable plumbing company, and their prices were fair (actually cheaper than the first company who came out to take a look). I could tell from the first conversation with Karen who answers their phones and coordinates service that they were a cut above since she had a good amount of knowledge herself as to what the problem did/didn't involve and who would have the right expertise to send on site for our washing machine problem. Tom first came out and was very knowledgeable, took the time to show me what tests he ran, explain the probability of what the issues/options could be and approximate cost to fix them. He answered all of my questions and took the time to offer opinions if we needed to buy a new dryer what would be best for our needs (e.g. pros and cons of front- vs. top-loaders, different brands, etc.). Our machine ended up having a pretty complex problem that would disappear and then reappear, so it took multiple trips that were all scheduled quickly and arrived on time with professional (and COVID-appropriate) interactions. The owner Al himself ended up working on our problem and ultimately diagnosing it, which unfortunately meant needing a new computer board so he recommended for the cost of that part and repair to just buy a new machine -- so great to have honesty and our best interest in mind! They even issued a refund for part they ordered and labor to install it since they weren't able to fix the problem in the end (a VERY rare case). This is what really put me over the top that they are an honest company with excellent customer service! Cannot recommend them enough. :)

    Both the person doing intake and the service man were knowledgeable and gave succinct information regarding possible issues and outcomes. They requested information about the appliance during intake. Another company I initially called didn't want to know particulars of problem or make and model of product. I would Hub Appluance again.
