He showed up on time and performed the work repairing the hole in my ceiling caused by a water leak. He made sure to cover the area where he was working in order to keep it clean. Also cleaned up the area after completed his work.

tldr; Hire this guy. My experience: I chose Juan before I read any reviews. Sometimes we take a chance on someone blindly, but here's the thing, he reached out to me by phone and was warm, friendly, and I could tell from our conversation that he had the experience, wisdom, and entrepreneurial spirit to complete the job just the way I wanted. Well, he and his assistant worked diligently and happily suggested solutions to a couple of things I did not take into consideration. He was more than fair in pricing, and he cleaned up the packing materials that were part of the project once he was finished. Five stars!

Juan Chacon was tremendous. He worked within the framework of his bid, was always courteous and punctual, and accomplished everything we wanted done. He installed subway tile in the space we created as a shower stall from our old tub/shower combo. We have 9 ft. ceilings. The attached photos show what he started with and how it looks finished. He was clean, meticulous and really knew what he was doing. He always had the right tools for the job and used them skillfully. Juan has over 30 years experience in construction and can take on almost any task you can ask of him. I would recommend Mr. Chacon for any job you have in mind. WELL DONE!
