Tankless Water Heater Installation
Stephen comes across genuine at first and provides the necessary communication while doing the job. However this only seems to be the case when he is owed the money for the job per say. When he is fully paid up, his communication disappears and he abandons you. It was disappointing as we had leaks after the job was complete and he blatantly ignored our concerns for rectification. One of the pipes was a vent pipe from the gas system. I guess we'll have to find another company to maintain the new combi water boiler and gas system he installed.
