Good experience with Progressive Air. Greg was great, knowledgeable and very professional.

Came within half an hour of calling them for a free estimate, and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my AC compressor within an hour.

My thermostat stopped working and I thought that was all that needed replacement - but the tech tested it and found the drip drain was clogged which turned off the thermostat. He cleaned it out and I had him replace the thermostat anyway. He did a great job and cleaned up afterward. He showed up on time. He explained all work & quoted price before completion. All working great!

Greg was very responsive and professional. Kept us informed as he was inspecting our AC unit and gave us different options for maintenance based on how urgent the need was.
