We have had the worst experience with this business installing a Lennox furnace EL 180 Ultra low emissions at our house. The furnace makes a very loud horn and screeching sound when it starts up from the first week after it was installed. After multiple attempts to fix it, their technician was not able to troubleshoot the problem. The latest communication from this company was that the sound is normal as per manufacturer guidelines and they are not willing to replace or repair the furnace. The sound is so loud that it wakes me up every morning when the furnace starts up. No furnace manufacturer will sell a furnace that serves as a loud alarm clock. Please do not hire these guys for any repair or new installs. If the owner / manager is willing to work with us, I can send them the video of the loud sounds. I don?t like writing reviews, but I am doing as a last resort before hiring some other company to repair my brand new furnace!

I had a solid experience. My parents' heater stopped working, and Sergei showed up the same day. He figured out the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. I would recommend them if you're looking for a reliable HVAC company!

Needed an emergency AC repair in Orange County around 4 PM - the unit was completely dead. Denis picked up the call right away and showed up at my door in about 35 minutes. He diagnosed a bad compressor relay, had the part in his van, and fixed it on the spot. Was bracing for a rough night without air, but ended up sleeping comfortably with the AC running cold again. Solid work - thanks!

When I moved to the Bay Area, I needed a reliable HVAC company fast - that?s how I found HVAC Alliance Expert. Denis gave us a quote on Tuesday for a full AC + furnace replacement. Wednesday morning and finished by 4 PM - new Lennox system is whisper quiet and the house has never been this comfortable. Professional, fast, zero mess. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone.

HVAC Alliance Expert is a fantastic service provider! When I was stuck in the bitter cold with my furnace out of order, they came to help. Not only did their licensed technician promptly resolve the problem and repair my furnace, but he even went beyond that by generously explaining what happened and offering valuable advice on maintaining it. His demeanor was friendly yet professional throughout the service; you won't regret calling them for HVAC services! Highly recommend this company - don't look any further.

They came to fix my AC, charged me for things I found out later were not necessary, and did not fix the problem. I still do not have a working AC, and this company took my money. Horrible, I would never recommend them to me. Then they kept texting and calling me, trying to sell me more things, and I kept telling them what happened. No one seemed to care, and no one took notes, and they kept calling me. Right now, they are texting me, claiming they will give a free quote, but actually, they just say that, and only give you a free quote if you pay them for their services. Otherwise, it is not free.

The team who did the installation at my house was terrific! Isaac who led the team was courteous, smart and fast! My wife q s I highly recommend!

Extremely poor quality of technicians and customer service. I strongly not recommend this company at all. Below is a description of what happened to me and how they treated me as a customer. On May 27, 2020, we called a technician as our AC was not cooling enough. The technician could not identify the root cause correctly and instead suggested we replace the line set, which was multi-day work costing a few thousand dollars. We asked for a simpler solution because I was not ready financially for such complex work. He suggested us to fill freon. We said OK, so he just filled freon and charged us for 6lbs of freon. The real issue was a freon leak within my unit which they never found / root-caused. The freon disappeared in another 2 days and we had the same issue. Finally, we called another HVAC company to assess our problem. This new company could identify the leak and fixed it. So far, I did not have any issues. Next, I called up these guys to refund me the price of freon since it was wrongly filled without fixing the leak. The customer service is so unprofessional, that they kept me hanging in for 1.5 months. They have the worst possible management/customer service. They would not acknowledge the problem and kept telling me they are looking into a refund. After a while, they just stopped answering my emails and calls. I got fed up and planning to file a complaint with CSLB. Never experienced such pathetic customer service.

Even though the job was only recently completed, I am highly satisfied with the results of the project.
