"Hi Surendar, I am sorry to hear that. Please take a look at our reviews - we strive to be best in the industry and our company is a small family operated business with high ethical standards. I can assure and guarantee that we are professional, ethical, and not cheater at all. In response to the technical part of your review- there is no such thing as "turn the safety switch on". After a condensate drain line has been purged and condensate line drains out, the safety switch "donut" fall in place by itself, no such thing as " turn it on" exist. The system starts running after the drain had been unclogged, but as you have observed by yourself - the old thermostat screen was blank, we both were trying to touch the touch screen, but nothing happened. Also, you were saying that you were having the same issue before. Then I offered to replace the faulty thermostat with a new one. I told you all the prices upfront and you have asked your wife if this is ok, then you performed google search and only then you gave your permission to proceed. I left the old thermostat in your possession and you may have someone to check it if you doubt that this was a bad thermostat. When I was living you were happy with our service, the next day I called you and you said nothing bad. I am confused on how you get to such conclusions. I have also offered you, at our expense, to call any company of your choice and have their technician to ask me any questions you may have. I have also offered a refund for the new thermostat. You had refused. As I learned from the issue - you were happy with the service, but unhappy with the price, in particular, in your opinion, $250 for installing a thermostat is too high. I told you that the fee upfront, you just could simply say no before I installed it and call other company. We reserved the right to not negotiate our pricing. This is a huge overhead expense in our business and just to stay in the business we should be fair to ourselves as well. I can assure you that our price is fair and base on national pricing software, which most of the companies are using. Also, the last, but not least - we don't pay to pull negative reviews out, as you offered. I am really sorry you feel that way and hope you will find a company you will be happy with."
